Description
Product Description A huge, deadly and nigh-undetectable weapon of impressive killing capacity, the XV95 Ghost keel Battle suit is a formidable display of T 'au war technology. Piloted by a single, hand-picked T 'au warrior, a lone Ghost keel is capable of appearing from seemingly nowhere, unleashing a storm of incredible firepower with its fusion collider and disappearing into the mayhem and confusion of battle. This battle suit bristles with a vast array of advanced countermeasures, making it invisible to enemy sensors - weapons simply refuse to lock-on and the few that manage to loose off a shot are baffled by a spectacular display of flares and electronic countermeasures. This multi-part plastic kit gives you everything needed to build one XV95 Ghost keel Battle suit. This miniature has a truly awesome array of modelling and posing options - arms, legs, head, engines and thrusters can all be set to different poses, and there are two different heads supplied - the head can be raised and the chest opened to reveal a male or female pilot! As well as this, you'll receive two burst cannons, two fusion blasters, two flamers, a fusion collider, a cyclic ion raker and two XV5 stealth drone field projectors. Offensively and defensively, this battle suit is armed to the teeth! 116 components are included in total, with a Citadel 105mm Oval base. Set Contains: 1 x Miniature

Everything was fine could tell the package got a bit ruffed up but thats all.Im just taking a star out cause the price went up $15 when i was about to buy anotherLoved itArrived fast and in great condition! Unopened!Right of the bat, the model looks great; out of all mechs in the W40k universe, the Tau mechs definitely have a greater emphasis in industrial design and it really shows in the Ghostkeel as evidenced by the placement of thrusts, joints, thermal vents, etc. There are a lot of small details that really complement the overall design in meaningful ways. There is also a plenty amount of extra parts, such as weapons and head, that allows the modeler to customize the Ghostkeel as he/she sees fit.The only drawback of the model is its price and it's grossly overpriced. For what is offered right out of the box, the model isn't really worth $65 and for the same price, you can buy much better models from other brands that feature more plastics, variety, posibility, and better design in general. I can only recommend this model if 1) you really, REALLY like the design or 2) you don't really mind spending $65 on a 4-inch miniature.Overall, I really like the model but it's nowhere worth $65.Very solid unit to add to the army. Combine it with the Tau Sept that allows you to move, advance, and fire without penalties. Box was a little beat up but all the bits were in the box.A little bit more detail than I was expecting and is absolutely welcome. The model looks fantastic and was a ton of fun to paint up. I like the sleek rounded look of the unit. It feels a little bit more specialized and stealthy.A very useful and versatile unit in 40k and a really cool sci-fi model in general. This guy is super cool came on time and damage to the box. Keep in mind its amateur hour when I painted this oneBox was a little beat up, but otherwise came perfectly as expected.Reason for 4 stars is due to price. But as with all these toys with a captive audience, no surprise there! However, this was bought for my son on his birthday, to add to his ever growing collection of Warhammer and he was over the moon. He built it straight away and has been playing with it since.Great model to paint, more complex then my others, so some knowledge about model building and painting is required, instructions easy to follow and came out wonderfully, advanced model painters and builders would love this tau model 10/10Great addition to armyReally nice. Had a good time putting it together. Don't mind my horable paint job :)
